By using DIGENIX, operated by DIGENIX TECHNOLOGY INC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Payments & Refunds page. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Your account
- You must give a real email address and keep your sign-in details to yourself.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian’s permission.
- One person, one account. Please don’t sell, share or transfer accounts.
Free games, premium games and tokens
- The free level can be played without paying. Premium games are unlocked with tokens, individually, by level pass or with All-Access.
- Tokens are a virtual currency for entertainment on DIGENIX only. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are not redeemable for money except where the law requires or our refund rules allow.
- Unlocks apply to the account that bought them. Prices are in USD and may change; changes never affect tokens or unlocks you already hold.
- The games are open-source software by third-party authors and remain under their own licenses (see Credits & Licenses). Nothing here limits the rights those licenses give you over the game code.
Fair use of the platform
Do not tamper with the site, the wallet, or other players’ access; do not use bots, exploits or reverse-engineering to obtain tokens or unlocks; do not disrupt the service or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Service changes
We may change, pause or retire games and features (for example if an author or license requires it) and will try to give notice of material changes.
Liability, law and updates
The site and games are provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Colorado, USA, and disputes will be heard in its courts unless the law gives you other rights.
